Renowned for her strategic and innovative approach, Carla leverages her advertising background from Howard University and marketing expertise from NYU. Her work, featured in top publications like Glamour and The New York Times, showcases her passion for building community through exceptional events. Outside of her professional achievements, Carla enjoys family time with her husband and daughters and actively contributes to her community, including serving as a Commissioner on the Cornelius Parks and Recreation Commission.

Barbara Perry joined Style Perfect Events in 2024 with extensive experience in corporate events and has since supported the planning and execution of multi-day conferences and community programs. With a background in corporate events at Abbott Nutrition, think large-scale meetings, trade shows, and incentive trips, Barbara knows how to keep all the moving parts in sync. She previously earned her CMP certification, is a proud Ohio University grad, and was once named Planner of the Year by MPI Ohio (no big deal!). Born and raised in Columbus, Barbara’s superpower is staying cool under pressure and making every detail count.

Juliana Richards is a rising star on the Style Perfect Events team. Sharp, proactive, and bursting with enthusiasm, she quickly advanced from intern to Event Coordinator and now shines as our Project Manager. She brings an unmatched blend of organization, initiative, and leadership to every project she touches. From managing vendor timelines to juggling speakers, hotels, and sponsors, Juliana’s behind-the-scenes magic makes some of our biggest events, like the annual multi-day Global Collaborative Congress on Osseointegration run seamlessly. She’s originally from Columbus, Ohio, and a proud grad of Belmont Abbey College, where she studied Business Management and Accounting. Juliana’s event superpower? Keeping things moving fast, focused, and flawlessly executed.
