While we love all celebrations, our focus is on corporate and non-profit events and large-scale community events and brand activations.

We work primarily with Marketing Directors and teams, Development Directors, Academic Offices, Non-Profit Board of Directors, CEOs and Executive Directors. 

We do not offer Wedding Planning Services, Wedding Day Management or Day-Of Coordination or planning services for baby showers, birthday parties, family reunions, or anniversary celebrations, but we can provide you with a list of our fave wedding and event planners that can assist you.

We guide our clients through planning an event in the Carolinas by taking the lead on venue and vendor procurement and management. As a leader in the events industry in Charlotte for over a decade we’ve worked with the best of the best and have the knowledge, expertise and resources to design and implement all events, multi-day activities and program logistics. We also have a client portal that you have access to 24/7. The client portal houses all planning details for you to reference throughout the process, which helps take your mind off of not being local.
